Wild Rollerblader (Patreon)

Back when I was inline skating myself on an almost daily basis, on an actual track close by, I got inspired by this woman doing the laps in the opposite direction, in an outfit similar to this. If you're in California you might have gotten used to sights like this but in these parts she was a rare visual treat. After I met her the 4th or 5th lap I got myself to ask her to model for me. Even though she was flattered and interested, she already indicated right there that her family would be completely against it, so nothing ever came of it and what's worse, I never saw her again. Such a shame. She would've been a really excellent model.

However, I wanted to paint her anyway, so I did a version of this all those  years ago to capture the moment. I found it again some days ago and had to try and do a better one.   
I think I succeeded. It is much better. But still, I might try it again. I'd like to do a frontal version.
