Beauty Of The Lake (Patreon)

I hate to admit, but this is a failed portrait of a very intriguing actress (Anna Drijver) from the Netherlands. Tried to paint her before, usually when I saw something she was in, and never quite got it right. Yet. Close, but not really her.
The problem with actors is that most pics you find on Google are these unimaginative smily red carpet shots or just screenshots that already have the dramatic lighting I would like it not to have. Rarely studies that would help an artist in any way. However, as it's beautiful weather today, that bathing beauty turned out a stunner nonetheless and the painting suits the temperatures, I'll just consider it a lovely outdoor picture.
However frustrating it is when something just doesn't turn out as intended. :)
