Concept Art Update, Website Returning (Patreon)

Here we have Swarm of the Symbiotes character concept art from 3 different artists. The 2 in color are finished, the one in black and white will be finished next week. It's going to be a tough decision, they each have their own strengths and there is a lot I like about them. I'm considering perhaps choosing 1 artist to do all the characters, and then have at least 1 other doing everything else, but at this point it's really hard for me to choose. 

This last picture is for the third game I am planning. The Unity course I am taking involves making really simple games generally using free art packs, but of course it's so much more satisfying to make your own. I am overjoyed at how well that turned out, so if I can get the animation down then I think this may strongly influence the direction of the third game I am planning.

Artifact, at its core, is a text adventure. Swarm of the Symbiotes is on track to be a point-and-click sort of turn-based strategy-game-slash-base-builder, though that may change as I continue through this Unity course and learn more. The third game, which has no working title at the moment, I think I would like to be an isometric MMORPG, but some of the biggest factors in that will be online multiplayer functionality logistics and funds, which by the time Swarm of the Symbiotes is out hopefully I can be in a position to make that leap.

The last bit of news I have to share for now is that the website will be back up soon! I mean, technically it's up now, but it's mid-redesign and may be challenging to navigate. Once I'm through with the redesign, I will be posting the Possessed Popstar theme for this month's AI art contest and opening its submissions!
