Windows Client Fixed, Steam Version Updated, Tier Value (Patreon)

The Windows x64 file has been fixed and is now live on itch! 0.70 is also now the latest version on Steam. 

I'm currently working on replacing the stock images in the game, fleshing out the first cluster of characters and story, and improving the game's interface. 

In other news, I have been working to produce other types of related content to add to existing tiers and provide more value for you guys! I'm waiting until I have a decent amount of content ready to go before implementing it.
