Mikah gangbang sketch and quick update (Patreon)

The sex scenes for Ying Ku and Dr. Jackson are taking a bit longer than expected, but the gangbang artwork has also begun sooner than expected as well so it's a bit of a wash this month as far as meeting all the goals. 

One thing I want to highlight is that I have also finally managed to fix that pesky debug window from popping up at the start of every game, so this fix will be out in the next few days in v0.65! I'll also be releasing the game in HTML form for those who have trouble with the executables.
