hi (Patreon)

Hey everyone, just stopping in to give an update. I unfortunately have a pinched nerve somewhere in my arm/shoulder. I have horrible pain moving my head and lifting my arms from my neck, traps and down my arm.  I went to the urgent care today after pushing through the pain for the past week but it's becoming more in the way and painful. It's been stopping me from getting sleep and reducing time I can spend at the desk (plus I have a habit bopping my head along to music and that's been no fun). 

I will do everything I can when it's not hurting me but my output might be hindered, looking at a week of meds/steroids if it doesn't go away I'll have to go to ortho.
