i am not a 100% sure but i think they start shooting the promotional stuff once the music viedo is out because through hyunsuk tmi viedo and pictures of outfit for promtional viedo it seems like their days once the mv is releaed is packed. they usually are going from one filming to another filming through out the promtional period

for most groups they film some promotional stuff before and after the song drops, it just depends on their schedule really. for groups that arent popular, they may film promo stuff after the comeback if it does well and they start getting opportunities. but a group like treasure would already have these opportunities lined up/do their own before the comeback
