viviz is only 3 members, because after they were kicked out of HYBE/source music the 3 members of viviz signed with BPM while yuju went to kang daniels company and sowon and yerin went to two other companies to pursue acting and more. the members have said themselves they dont see gfriend as disbanded since it happened so fast and against their will, and they were planning to stay together for a long time

yes the members have confirmed they were fired/forced to end their contracts suddenly. we dont know why, most likely to do with money. things were fine before the merge with HYBE, and gfriend built source from the ground up so yeah its very confusing. (also kinda weird how hybe started to prepare for a new 6 member group under source music right away with 2 izone members lmao)
