Important Patreon Update! - March 2022 (Patreon)

Just like last time, I have talked to friends and patrons alike, who have been supporting for a long time here on Patreon and requested input/suggestions and criticism to come up with the fairest tweaks possible. Here are the changes: 

I will be opening a Patreon exclusive Discord server in addition to the normal one I have. I've decided to do this to better get in touch with you all and gather requests and important issues like videos not working. 


Tiny Potato Tier: $2

  • Live stage performance reactions.
  • Full album reactions
  • Access to patron only discord server.
  • Tier role on discord

- Changing from $3 to $2


**Small Potato Tier: $5** (Might try this) 

  • Access to select show reactions
  • Polls: Vote on live stages and albums.
  • Automatic entry to the "Monthly Album Perk" (choosing a random patron to get an album, every month, to give back to you guys).
  • Vote for Patreon only live stage reactions through exclusive polls.  *polls options are selected from the most liked request on the post (stage/show etc)*
  • All previous tier perks included.


- Finding a select show, one at a time, to add to the tier sort of as a sampler, for people who can't afford to unlock everything for Medium. Like Treasure TMI, Run BTS! etc. Would like some input on this! 


Medium Potato Tier: $10

  • K-drama reactions/requests.
  • Full concert reactions.
  • Survival show reactions/requests.
  • Variety show reactions/requests.
  • Movie Club: movie reactions/requests.
  • Anime Club: anime reactions/requests. (tba)
  • Vote on variety/survival/anime shows and album reactions on exclusive polls. *polls options are selected from the most popular frequently requested*
  • Monthly stream on Twitch where you send me a video you'd like me to check out (or a few depending on time) as long as it complies with Twitch's TOS. Everyone can watch this stream, but only the requests (that will be taken beforehand here on Patreon by the most liked requests.) will be the ones controlling the stream! The stream will be about an hour-hour and a half
  • All previous tier perks included.


Big Potato Tier: $20

  • Guaranteed reaction request, monthly. (I will post a reaction to a video of your choosing every month on YouTube or Patreon *depending on what it is*) [10 min max].
  • "Old but Gold" reaction requests/polls (request throwback videos)
  • All previous tier perks included.


- I am considering adding paid content to this tier. Any time I'd buy Winter packages or Seasons Greetings etc. May get posted to this tier. 

- Changing limit from 15 to 10. 

- Deleted 35% off merch, no longer selling merch.

for the small potato tier i think having it so that it always stays active and having idol shows on there is a great idea. for me i think finishing shows before switching them overtime is better. only because then you’d have to stop reacting to them abruptly and i don’t know reacting to the shows all the way out and then maybe moving on from them then is a great idea. but overall the new changes all sound good to me!!

Lmao when I saw the $10 I was like “omg that means I have to change tiers” and then I checked and apparently I’ve been giving $10 a month this whole time😭Btw when you are ready for the anime stuff make sure to compile a list of the animes you’ve watched

The discord would be a great way to see where you are at with certain shows, what you like and dislike. Then if you get requested content that you would like, thats when things will be enjoyable for mostly everyone which is the goal i guess.

Sure! I ran into the conversation of people not requesting certain types of things because they've never seen me post them. I'd like to emphasize again that I've only ever really seen what's posted here. I'm open to trying things and seeing what's up!

So for me it looks good, I never had issues with the tiers, for me it was the scheduling & being a bit more organized; try to have a fixed schedule to finish the content before moving on to a new/next content e.g., Is SMTM10 done? Polls help a lot to determine which content to start in say after 1-3 months (& you’re already doing that). Make a list (table where you group each (requested or your likes) show or other content under their respective name: KDrama, survival show, album, reality Etc). You have no idea how satisfying it is to see “Done” or “Check” when finishing an item on said list😎 I understand it’s sometimes difficult to keep a schedule because Life happens🤷🏽‍♀️. Make sure to schedule breaks from Patreon we don’t want no burnout 😵‍💫You’ll never make everyone happy Anthony, do keep that in mind, at the end of the day make sure you’re happy and remember why you started Patreon in the first place🌺

the changes sound good to me so far and you communicated your thoughts very well! i'm pumped for the anime reactions as well since i also want to catch up on anime myself haha :)
