LOL I guess I revel in chaos cuz the first time I came across this show was the TXT one and I had zero context that it was some sort of mockumentary but I just laughed in confusion the whole time and to be honest I felt the same way here I feel like the guys are just naturally funny even when they're just making up nonsense. I think knowing the group well helps though I haven't seen any others.

I think your right with it being improv. I enjoy it though, I watched a few groups on Idol Theater, SKZ's, Ateez, and TXT. Makes me laugh, but they don't really explain the concept so it can be all over the place or confusing at times to me too

i can see how this show can be confusing hdjfdh but i honestly really love it bc of how chaotic & improvisational it is. my favorite one is the first one enhypen did for their debut,, it's so hilarious and i recommend checking it out if you're interested

Honestly its always a chaotic mess, and it never truly makes sense but I enjoy watching them! I feel like The Boyz have some of the best human theatre, bc they really embrace that menace behavior lol

i feel like this video has some korean memes & language jokes which can be confusing out of context lmao but i wanted to try to explain 2 of them bc you'll prob see them come up in future idol content that you watch (or have seen them already): 1) the "sesame leaf" (more known as perilla leaf) debate is a recent meme/joke scenario in korea where you're eating out with your s/o + your friend, but your s/o is having trouble trying to separate the perilla leaves (they're known for being rlly hard to separate from one another,, if u google a picture of the side dish version you'll see why), so your friend helps your s/o peel the leaves apart with their chopsticks. the debate is over whether or not you'd be mad at ur friend for doing that for ur s/o,, ig it's a big deal in korea? maybe it's seen as intimate lololol 2) when junkyu said "뭐...어쩌라고" (so what?) and jihoon responded with "so what TV~" in the subs,, the phrase "so what/whatever TV" or "어쩔 티비" is a recent slang/meme in korea that kinda has the meaning of "whatever, i'll go watch tv or something" and is used to show that u don't really care about something or a situation. it's so random lmao i think it captures the essence of gen z

So there's a show in Korea called Human Theatre which I believe this is parodying. It's a documentary program that follows the lives of normal people in Korea. The music in the beginning is the actual bgm for the show HAHA and they do show ppl/families fighting which is what I think the boys were trying to parody lol but it's def all over the place LOL
