that intro was intense. sheesh. im sorry tho all i was thinking when the dad was beating the son with the bible was...where the blood at, lol. first episode was good tho. ik i said i wouldn't check it out cause im lowkey tired of zombies shows but honestly, i have no chocie but to finish this shit haha. now the scene where the bullied girl was contemplating suicide was sad and how the boy who was getting bullied with her came to try and talk her out was so sweet and nice until she ruined the damn moment by asking him if he liked her just because he was trying to talk her out of it. like girl why cant he just be a decent guy/friend who care and doesn't want to see someone end their life. and i dont think the other girl is infected i think she is just genuinely sick, but we will see.

to answer your questions about bullying in korea, yes its a thing! bullying can get very severe and its linked to many other societal problems like workplace bullying, classism, and elitism, so its a very complicated issue to "fix" as well. if you remember earlier last year when many idols were being accused of bullying, it started with athletes who were caught bullying a teammate with a knife and eventually multiple public figures were exposed too.

Damn they did not waste any time getting into it. Considering how fast it's spreading and the trailer looked like a fair bit of the show was confined to the actual school grounds I just wonder how they're going to find a safe place. Yeah the bullying storyline always make me so sad and it's so prevalent in these dramas which kind of hints at the fact that it's unfortunately rather common in the school system. I feel like the science teacher was running some homebrew ass experiments and that's what got this all started.
