Saebyeok’s death was like the fight in the earlier episode with everyone fighting in the dark is because they were weeding out the weak players. In the wall you’ll see the final game with only two characters drawn because there can only be two finalists. They wanted one person to die that’s why they stopped gi-hun from attacking Sangwoo. Honestly I don’t think the police brother is dead like he got shot in the shoulder so there is still that possibility

Not y’all really thinking she was gonna get help, they don’t care if a player is injured/gets killed off. She was the weak link so they didn’t stop sang woo from killing here. I forgot this episode was super short. And same ant I thought that was steak too 😂

I said the same, she was the weak link so they didn't care about her getting killed out outside of the game. I never noticed the games/hint on the wall. and I thought the same thing too about the brother somehow actually surviving but nah he dead dead ..for now lol. we will see if they do a second season

They blew up the glass purposely. They wanted to incapacitate one of the players , then gave them all knives so the can get rid of the weakest link. The final game was meant to be played with 2 members based on the picture on the wall.

I also dont think the Police Officer is dead. His body would have been visible on the surface if he was dead since he wouldnt be inhaling any water. Nor did the area he "fell" in has a tinge of red in it, since he was bleeding

For me the storyline of the cop and his brother has been kind of the weakest plot point of the show. I really like the cop character (despite him being literally the worst ever at undercover work) I just think the setup is weird like his brother won in 2015 but it seems like he had only recently gone missing so what happened in the years between since he was apparently in touch with them? I agree I don't think he's dead, the shoulder shot diving into the water with no body to be seen definitely leaves it open-ended. Despite all the grief in this show you and Paul's commentary makes me burst out laughing multiple times. 😅

So i urge you guys to go re-watch episode 2 when you finish the series. Some of the deaths were foreshadowed in that chapter

ok but in episode 6(?) ji yeong is talking about a lee byung hun movie and mentions him by name and then he just pops up as the cops brother?? i dont know why this blew my mind so much. but i’m in complete shock lol
