10/10 - I actually enjoyed each song off the album (of the NEW songs)

incl. HYLT & Ice Cream I'd say 8/10.

Not gonna lie Pretty Savage gave me a heavy debut iKON vibe ( double B ) with the rapping style and all. I liked it, even though I’m not a Blackpink fan. I just listen to their songs from time to time. ‘Pretty Savage’ and ‘How you like that’ are the only ones I pretty much vibe too from this album

A pretty solid album (sort of an album lol). Pretty savage is a favorite for a lot of people, I really haven't seen anyone dislike that song. At first I really didn't care for bet you wanna but I think it's starting to grow on me. Also the chorus of crazy over you caught me off guard too, dont know if I like it yet.

Now I understand why it’s called ‘THE ALBUM’🤣 As for the number of songs, Rosé explained that they had 10 songs, but two were removed because they did not complement these 8 songs... oh well maybe they’ll make the cut for their next album 🙃. Solid album, everyone did so well🔥

My top 3 would probably be (on first listen) 1. Lovesick Girls 2. Bet You Wanna 3. Love To Hate Me (do the verses remind anyone else of Hozier's 'Take Me To Church'? Haha) I reckon my top 3 definitely reflects which concepts I like from BP the most haha - I generally enjoyed their more pop Playing With Fire and As Long As It's Your Last more than their more heavy stuff (which I still enjoyed but after HYTL, it all started sounding the same to me). I agree with you about wishing they actually had a full album though and was surprised at how many full English songs are on the album (neither like or dislike this, just surprised). All in all, a pretty solid album, I reckon.

My top 3 are Lovesick Girls, Love to Hate Me, Pretty Savage. Their best title and album so far in my opinion and I've been stanning them from debut. Rosé adds so much flavour to all these songs, love her for that

I was exhausted last night so I waited till this morning and I'm glad I can take it in. My favorites are Lovesick Girls, Pretty Savage and love to hate me. Definitely a solid album, it's that Blackpink sound but they also took some risks that I didn't think they would so I'm really happy about that. I was also stuck on the fact that YG promised us 10 tracks so when the tracklist came out I was soo irritated LOL but listening to it start to finish it doesnt feel as short as it is. I also didn't expect so much English but I'm not taking it as anything bad BP certainly is one of the groups that expresses themselves well in both languages and they had some really cool lines in here nothing sounded awkward. Edited to add: after listening more through the day crazy over you is creeping up my list hard. Also this album is getting my respect for the vocals some of blackpink's songs don't show that often enough but here I feel like they are SINGING singing.

this is finally the album where i can say i stan blackpink now. I wish cardi b was on pretty savage, i dont think she fit in bet you wanna. Plus, i think her rap was pretty forced in there, she would've suited pretty savage way more and been more 'cardi' in that song. Then again, i just dont care much for cardi.

Hey! I'm not taking a break on Patreon but for two weeks I won't be home. I leave on Tuesday. I planned on doing some iKON TV and finishing Mapo Hipster that will be going up until I'm home on the 20th. I planned on doing Extracurricular as soon as I got back. I could do the first episode and get it posted I just didn't wanna leave you guys hanging after ep 1 aha
