Taty

It's definitely the beginning of us getting to know the real Moon Gang-Tae

Suzanne Austen

Oh my Darling Clementine is the song that Ko Moon Youngs mother would sing so thats why they keep talking about the song and you can tell that Gangtae really does like Moon Young because he let himself go and punch the guy who hit Moon Young, and the end about him being happy is because he finally didn't hold back and he did what he wanted

It must’ve felt soo liberating for him to finally do something that was 100% his choice, I think that’s why he was so happy. He’s been stuck in the same constant loop at the same job for nearly his entire working life. That scene made me cry lmao.

humm, you still don't get Munyeong's character but it's okay! during the scene where it was raining, she wasn't jealous of sangtae. actually she was looking at them and realized Gangtae barly stood under the umbrella, getting all wet for the sake of his brother. that's why she looked upset. and that's why she went covered Gangtae with HER umbrella. she's not as childish as you seem to make her be, it's just a mere front to help other ;)

the story moves so slowly haha. and those awkward extended stares, i know theyre meant to be romantic and youre supposed to swoon over those scenes but like it's just not my thing I guess.

Man what an episode! The iconic fight between those two was hilarious 😂. I’m not sure if you catched the vibe but Sang Tae is not jealous because he ‘likes’ Moon Young. He is worried that a third party is gonna take his brother from him. Hence why he said she could have Mang Tae but not Gang Tae. Also that umbrella scene, she wasn’t being petty she was just worried how Gand Tae was getting wet covering his brother and not caring about himself so she ran to them and covered Gand Tae with her umbrella🥺 she’s trying so hard to understand him and I think she finally realized how deep her feelings were when she was in the classroom. As far as the whole song and ghost thing, I cannot explain it without really spoiling future episodes so I’m going to refrain from answering 😂😂 just stay confused for now☻︎

freezenut

yeah they do be staring but I honestly don't mind since the visuals on both ends are A1 lmaoo

Itami

The prolonged stares are honestly awkward n uncomfortable to me personally lol but I try to be understanding since it's a kdrama thing, only more emphasised here XDD

Lol. Subway is nice ant what u mean but u do good grab a cookie it’s only right. And I laugh every time sang-tae straight pushes moons head like that 😂 is was so aggressive. My boy said suspension lit let me travel since I have time now. a full mood.

y’all gotta give me a bit more credit 🤣 i know sang tae worried about people taking his bro, he’s had him to himself for the last x amount of years! i mention him liking her often though because of how it was said that he liked her more than gang tae in the beginning 😂 now the umbrella scene i guess that did fly over my head but i can see that she’s been switching up her answers and intensely watching him to try to figure him out.

anthonytoo

i guess that went over my head cause i was already used to gang tae looking after his brother more than himself. since he didn’t mind doing it (from habit?) then i didn’t really bat my eye at it anymore. though i am confused at what the front is for? is that whole story thing she’s doing with the harsh views also a front?

I laughed as well at the fight scene, I wasn't expecting them two to have a fight especially punched up kinda of one. I would say keeping in emotions isn't great because it eventually eats you from the inside out, having emotions constantly builds up will make you to explode as in Gang Tae case, towards the end of this episode.

I wonder if I'm the only person who makes little notes watching through the episodes the 2nd time. so much happens and it usually ends so dramatically that I forget things I wanted to say. - I've never eaten a quail egg the idea freaks me out and I don't know why - A "love triangle" in a K-drama is such an overdone trope that it's genius here how the real conflict is GT's growing feelings for M-Y battling his love and responsibility for his brother. super unique take - I also like how when M-Y is describing the dark side of the beauty & the beast fairy tale the way they edited it feels like they want you to view G-T in the role of the naive Belle who is falling for/having Stockholm Syndrome over M-Y, the Beast. nice gender swap there. - 1/2 way through the show and I'm surprised at how many clever scenes i forgot. It's kind of fresh to watch it again and notice more things. Also happy to say there's still a lot of exciting stuff to come.

Literally after every episode I wanna be like “THIS IS MY FAV EPISODE” but then I think about the next t episode and I’m like “but wait-“ This show is just so good 😫 rewatching it I’m reminded of just how well made and well thought out the whole storyline is. Like everything connects and unravels so well and you really feel like you’re growing along with the characters and get to seem them grow 🤧 this episode and the next few do have to be some of my favs tho
