It's Tundra from RE Village. She is a member of Hound Wolf Squad. Get her headgear by selecting Cat Set, Wolf Set, Bear Hat, or Chicken Hat.
-This replaces Ada's default slot.
-Install it with Fluffy Mod Manager.
-If you have issue with the mod not working, try to update Fluffy Mod Manger to the latest one then re-read game archive.

Known Issues:
-The game disables custom physics during few cutscenes.
-After version 1.1 had released, some users reported that the loading screen issue is still there. I used feather material from DLC. Gotta have the DLC before install this mod.
