Made her from some COD's model, DAZ model, and Shadowheart's face model from Baldur's Gate 3.
Use Glasses (Rectangular) from Accessories menu for the best look.

-This replaces Ada (Default).
-Install it with Fluffy Mod Manager.
-If you have issue with the mod not working, try to update Fluffy Mod Manger to the latest one then re-read game archive.
-No need to install a main file if you want to install a standalone mod.

Known Issues:
-The game disables hair physics during some cutscene.
