Claire in Nico Robin's fine, gentle and very soft lambskin leather dress. The one Robin worn when she was in Water Seven before she was abducted to Enies Lobby. It replaces Claire's Classic Jacket.

Install it with fluffy mod manager.
If you want to remove the knife from the waist, use this Knife Hider.
