I was hiding in some roots under a tree to rest and cry for my mommy and daddy. Why is all of this happening to me?!... Mommy and Daddy would never let this happen to me if they were here, but why are they not here?!... They wouldn't leave me, would they?... No, they would not do that, so it has to be these aliens' fault that all of this is happening. They must be an enemy army or something that my Mommy and Daddy fight to keep our home safe, so they were meanies and took people away... The bunny seemed really nice and nobody hit me to where it really hurt, but they do scare me. When I felt like I rested enough, I went back to walking and tried to find a building again that was not full of bad people.

(Lilly's POV)

I argued that my reserve was the best place for humans. I have medicine, other friendly and harmless creatures, and spare rooms that I mostly use for storage capsules, but I can get sheds for those. Roza said she wants him on a military base with her after she goes back to work, but putting a baby human in a military bass was out of the question. Maisie wanted the human on her farm unless she could build near my reserve... She's just iffy on my planet's flowers to make her honey to sell and move a good number of works to help her out. Amelia doesn't care as long as she gets to take and hold him whenever she wanted as she expected of a pet, and that just leaves Velvet. She doesn't mind as long as she can bring her animals... I am iffy about her 'pets' because they are known to be very aggressive and sensitive, so she will have to convince me that they mean no harm or find a way to separate them from my animals...

Lilly's mind-This is so much harder than I thought.

We kept on brainstorming ideas on where to live and how to live with each other. I own a lot of land, but some were not keen on moving for this.

Maisie-Tell ya what, I will consider farming on yer planet as long as ya'll don't mind family coming and working with me. Ain't gonna make a lot of honey with just lil' old me and a few family members. I need gym equipment and machines to help sweat off all that honey to make a decent livin'.

Lilly-Some of the machines are really loud alone and will scare off a lot of animals. Plus, I offered you an open field, so you don't have to cut down any trees.

Velvet-Why do my pets have to feel like they are going on parole? Liena would never eat a living animal. I trained him and all my pets better

Amelia-Just so we're clear, he'll be sleeping in my room a lot.

Lilly-No, he has to adjust to his habitat first. He needs a small area and then works up to roaming around. It just takes time.

Amelia-Then my room will be his habitat.

Velvet-Human hog!

Roza-My house is near the base and-.

Lilly/Maisie/Amelia/Velvet-He's not living on or next to a military base!

Compromise after compromise, and nobody is comfortable with these arrangements, but nobody is leaving until we agree on something. Either our jobs or ways of living got in the way.

Velvet-Wait, Maisie... Do you have royal jelly? I'm getting hungry and biscuits with jelly sounds good.

Maisie-Are ya'll pullin' my leg?! We are in the middle of somethin' mighty important!

Velet-Just a little bit of food?

Maisie-Ah made that myself! Get yer own!

Amelia-Wait, you can make it off your own person?

Maisie-Yer point is?

Amelia-That stuff is expensive if it's real?! Start a small farm and do that!

Maisie-Oh, only do royal jelly. Should ah start a bakery too, perhaps?

That level of sarcasm got under Amelia's skin and made her stand up, but so did Maisie. I was scared that they were going to fight and backed up a few feet.

Maisie-You know how hard it is to make that stuff? Ah could make a crate of honey jars to just fill up one jar of jelly.

Roza-Can't you branch off your family's farm?

Maisie-Even if ah got the land, pa is as stubborn as a mule when it comes to this. He'll want a lot more of a reason to leave besides a new pet.

Velvet-It's not leaving. It's expanding the business.

Maisie-What about that there jagger or the other jaggers ya'll have?

Velvet-Hey, leave my pets out of this! You act like they will eat you honey and jelly!

Maisie-They will!

Velvet stuck her tongue out at Maisie like a child and I just hung my head.

Lilly's mind-Why is it so hard to compromise?

((Y/N)'s POV)

(Y/N)'s mind-Why is it so hard to start a fire?!

I tried rubbing two sticks together on some green grass and a big log I got from a pond to try and get warm before I go try to catch some fish for dinner. I'm getting hungry and the only food I can reach is berries from bushes or stuff that falls on the ground. After a while, I threw the sticks to the ground and looked around to try and remember where I came from... I think it I went the right way, away from that building, but the muddy top of a hill made me slip and fall down the hill. When I was rolling down, I felt something hard on my foot and it really hurt. I cried the rest of the way down and stayed there for a while, but when I tried to stand on my foot again...

(Y/N)-AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! *Sobbing*

(Amelia's POV)

We were all getting somewhere and if I help Maisie with her farm, I can get paid and stay on the reserve with rent money and even have some left over. It'll just be a small drive to the farm almost every day. Velvet had to keep her animals in a secluded area until Lilly gets to know them and they won't cause any trouble. Roza and I will be staying with Lilly, but Lilly is going to be strict on her with no carrying anything lethal or threatening to her animals... So no weapons around the house unless they are put up and locked away in her room or the basement. Roza just wanted to keep her guns and live on the farm to prove to her boss that she was compassionate. That made a few of us worry, but as long as everyone does what they are promising to do, it should work out.

Lilly-Ok, so we find him and leave the taming to me. Make sure you are out of sight until I call you over.

Roza-Fine.

Maisie-Take some of my treats... Ones that aren't sedative.

Roza-... Velvet, put this tracer on Lienal. It'll make searching for the human faster for us.

Velvet took a tracer from Roza and put it in the saddle on her jagger before he ran off. I went up a tree and traveled faster that way while also seeing things farther. I still had to stay close enough to hear if that jagger found the human or not. My mind went to how life will be at Lilly's Animal Reserve and Maisie's farm because I never lived in the countryside before. We all searched for a while and split up a bit until I heard a faint cry... Wailing... Human.

Amelia-I found them!

I ran towards the sound and saw the human at the bottom of the hill, lying on the ground.

They kept on crying and when they saw me, it was like they just could not get up. The others came, but Lilly suddenly got a burst of speed and got to the human with me first.

Lilly-What happened?!

Amelia-I don't know! I found him like this!

She started to examine the human and he did look dirty, so he most likely fell down this hill and hurt himself. Lilly got out a med kit and tried to treat him, but he would not stay put.

Lilly-Please, sweetie. Hold still. We're trying to help. ~

I went over and put his head on my lap and it didn't stop him from panicking, but this might...

Amelia-Hey, farm girl. Got any sedatives in something to drink?

((Y/N)'s POV)

I wanted them all to go away and leave me alone! I didn't even want to look at them, so I had my eyes closed! Someone opened my mouth a little and I felt a straw go into my mouth. I sucked on it a little and it tasted like (F/F) juice, so I kept on drinking. The pain went away and I felt super tired. When I opened my eyes, I saw everyone was here and the rabbit lady checked my body until she got to the foot I hurt. My ankle looked red and sore, so she took my shoes and socks off to see they both looked hurt.

She reached into a metal box and pulled out some kind of lotion and a bottle of water with a washcloth. She cleaned the sweat and dirt off my feet, but I couldn't feel anything. After, she put the lotion on my feet to make them feel a little tingly and then washed her hands with sanitizer and got some bandages to wrap around my foot.

The lion lady picked me up and everyone started walking together instead of fighting again. I couldn't keep my eyes open for much longer and fell asleep while being carried.

I opened my eyes and saw that I was in a bed, in a room that looked like a hospital. Next, I saw my foot in a cast and I had some more bandages on my other foot, legs, and arms. The bed was surrounded by what looked like walls made of light, so I touched one and it was like a real wall. I couldn't get out.

I turned to the other side of the bed and saw the lion lady smile at me and put her hand on the light for me to touch.

I think I'm at that building, so I looked around for my mommy and daddy, but they were not in the room. The lion lady tried talking to me, but I just looked at the door. When it opened, I saw the bee lady walk in and she was holding a tablet that looked see-through.

They kept on talking until a few other animal people came in and they had a long and sort of flat cage. The light walls went down and I felt too weak to even sit up. The bee and lion lady scooped up my upper and lower body to bring me to that cage and it had a soft blanket on the bottom and they covered me with another blanket before they closed the top. They started to carry me and took me to a truck where I saw the bunny lady talking to someone while I was put in the backseat.

They got in with me and put me in the middle of them when they sat down and strapped the cage down to keep it still.
