(Muffet's POV)

I just finished counting all the gold that I made in just 2 hours before (Y/N) passed out in a customer's arms. I had him wrapped up in my web and on my bed next to me. I almost had enough to unite the spider clans again by getting the other spiders out of The Ruins! I kissed my Little Muffin's cheek while he was napping which made him stir a little. I should think bigger than this too, but what can I do with just one human little boy to adore? There's only so much he can do to please customers. I should go pitch some ideas with spiders to find out how we can get business drumming up even more, but I can't just leave him unguarded. Someone might kidnap him... I snapped my fingers and whistled a little for my pet to come over and he was a little loud at first from being excited to see me.

Muffet-*Shhhh* Try to be quiet. Little Muffin needs to sleep before he goes back out for customers. I just wanna have a meeting to discuss plans for the future. Keep him safe, dearie. ~

I gave my pet a kiss before I left him guarding my human, I already got a few ideas. A dress-up show with 200g a ticket, but for 2000g, you get a backstage pass to be close up, and with 300g extra, you can dress him up for the next appearance on stage.

Muffet-Fuhuhuhuhuhu. ~

(No POV)

Pet was left guarding (Y/N) alone while Muffet and the spiders were having a meeting, like scheduled group baths, and other ways to exploit him to other monsters. (Y/N) was sleeping soundly in bed and Pet stayed right under the bed. If any of the webs were touched, they'll know and be on alert. It was almost impossible to get the drop on them since they were at the top of this room... Soon, (Y/N)'s chest glowed blue, and was gently lifted off the bed. Dodging the webs and sneaking him into a pair of arms at the edge of the room. When (Y/N) landed gently in those arms... they disappeared.

Sansa-*Giggles*. ~

(Mettaton's POV)

My audience was disappointed that I had to cancel the surprise dress-up show since the human was a no-show. Alphys has not seen the human on her cameras for a while, but it was also impossible to slip past both of us. Soon I got a call from Alphys, so I quickly answered it.

Mettaton-Anything?

Alphys-I found them!

Mettaton-... Where are they?

((Y/N)'s POV)

I felt something poking my nose and rubbing it. I think I was still at the stand, but when I opened my eyes, I saw I was right next to some building. I rolled over a little before I stretched and got a few good pops in my back.

???-Awwwwww. You're stretching like a little kitten. ~

That voice! I knew who it was! I quickly got up and saw 'her'.

Sansa-Well good morning little guy. Didn't know you like naps too. You should've invited me. ~

(Y/N)-Wh-Where am I?! How did I get here?!

Sansa-Well, I saw you passed out on a pastry stand all alone, so I thought I would be a pal and bring you here. Wanna a bite to eat?

I was still a little full from being fed all that food from those monsters, but I felt so thirsty... She doesn't try to capture me, but she teases me a lot, so... I guess it wouldn't be so bad. Better than Muffet and Mettaton here.

(Y/N)-... Just for something to drink.

Sansa-I get it. Hotland can leave you thirsty. Over here, I know a shortcut.

She went to the side of the building, so I wonder if she was breaking in. I just followed her in case this someone else shows up. It looked like we were gonna hit a dead end, but when I blinked... I ran into a table and Sansa was just pulling out her chair.

(Y/N)-What the?!

Sansa-What? Never been to a fancy restaurant before?

(Y/N)-B-B-But we were in an alley before blinked!

Sansa-What are you talking about? We came through the front door.

(Y/N)-You said you had a shortcut!

Sansa-We got here faster, didn't we?

(Y/N)-No! No, no, no, no! You did this last time a-a-and you-... and you-.

Sansa-Took you to Grillba's... Thanks for working off my tab.

(Y/N)-*Grunt*.

Sansa-*Giggles*... You want some water or some juice?... Little cutie. ~

(Y/N)-... Juice. *mumbles*

She just got two glasses of juice, I thought about asking her if she needed to eat or drink anything, but then she was going to give me a stupid lie. I kept on wondering how we got here until she spoke up again.

Sansa-So... Your journey is almost over, huh? You must really wanna go home.

(Y/N)-I want to get back to my mom.

For a second out of the corner f my eye... I think the glowing dots in her eyes went away until I looked directly at her... I could've sworn they went away for a moment.

(Y/N)-Huh?

Sansa-Hey. I know the feeling, buddo. Though... Maybe sometimes it's better to take what's given to you. Down here you already got food, drinks, and monsters adore and worship you... Is what you have to do really worth it?... For someone who lost you and let you climb up the mountain?

I felt nervous now, so I got up and backed away a little from her. The glowing part in her eyes went away for a bit again, but she never stopped looking at me.

Sansa-... *Sigh* Ah, forget it... I'm rooting for you kid.

She seemed to calm down, but I don't think I can go back to that table with her.

Sansa-Hey, let me tell you a story. So, I'm a sentry in Snowdin Forest, right?

(Y/N)-And Waterfall, and Hotland.

Sansa-Not important. I sit out there and watch for humans. It's 'kind of' boring. Fourtenantly, deep in the forest, there's this HUGE locked door and it's perfect for practicing knock knock jokes.

(Y/N)'s mind-Huge locked door in the forest?... The Ruin's door... I guess she was close by.

Sansa-So, one day I'm knocking 'em out like usual. I knock on the door and say, "knock knock" and suddenly from the other side... I hear someone. "Who is there?". So, naturally, I respond.

She went on with the story and think if it was the Ruin's door and it was in Toriel's basement, she must have been speaking to her... I guess Sansa doesn't know her name. She got a part of the story where...

Sansa-One day though... I noticed she wasn't laughing very much.  I asked her what was up. Then she told me something strange. "If a human were to come through this door... could you please, please promise something?"

I knew that Toriel wanted her to promise something... But what?

Sansa-"Watch over them and bring them back to me if you happen to find them. Will you not?"

My heart sank a little that Toriel wanted her to take me back to her. I stepped away a little more while feeling more nervous. Was this all just a game to her before she tries to take me back to Toriel?! I can't go all the way back when I'm so close!

Sansa-Now, I hate making promises, and I didn't even know her name, but someone who sincerely likes bad jokes... has an integrity you can't say no to.

She got up from her seat and I took more steps back and got ready to run.

Sansa-Do you get what I'm saying?

(Y/N)-I'm not going back to her! I'm going home and you can't stop me!

Sansa-*Giggles* You know what would've happened if she hadn't said anything?... You would be at my home right now. Tied to a bed... Where I could keep you all to myself. ~

I tried to run, but my chest made me stay in place, and screaming would just bring more monsters here.

Sansa-Hey, lighten up, bucko. Besides, haven't I done a great job protecting you? I mean, look at where you are. You are almost to the end to go home though... Glass half full I guess.

I can't tell if she was lying or not. A tear was building up in my eye as she walked up to me and put her hand on my shoulder.

Sansa-Well, that's all. Take care of yourself, kid... Because someone really cares about you... Also, I was kidding about tying you to a bed... I would train you to be the perfect cuddle toy for my naps. ~ *whisper*

She walked away from me to the other side of the restaurant where there were no exits, but I didn't care. I just ran away into a crowd of monsters that saw and cooed at me. Some even tried to grab me, but that caused fighting while I made it outside. I made it to the CORE and to into an elevator and then tried to call Alphys, but she wasn't answering her phone now.

(Y/N)'s mind-Where are you Alphys?! I need you!

(Alphys's POV)

I thought he ran back to Waterfall or Snowdin until my camera's spotted him with Sansa in front of the MTT Resort! I was panicking when I could not find them that I even called Undyne and told her everything and that I could not find them! I stopped my stream, and told everyone that he needs to go to the queen 'immediately'. I was rushing back to Hotland and using the elevators that I reactivated to go straight to the core.

Alphys's mind-Calm down! Mettaton is still there and will capture him safely and sound. She's noble enough to do that much without pushing it further, right?... I GOTTA HURRY!!!

((Y/N)'s POV)

I kept an eye out for Sansa since she was working with Toriel. I'm not going to go all the back there! I think if I go to the top floor, I can get out of here and sneak past the queen in the castle. If I pass the castle, I'm home free like Alphys said! When I got out of the elevator, I saw a door with a symbol over it.

(Y/N)'s mind-Please, be the way out of here.

I walked into the room and then saw someone when the door closed behind me.

(Y/N)-You?!

Mettaton-OH YES! THERE YOU ARE DARLING! WE WERE ALL SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU! SCARED THE AUDIENCE HALF TO DEATH WHEN YOU DISAPPEARED. BUT NOW IT'S TIME TO STOP THE 'MALFUNCTIONING' ROBOT... NOT!!! MALFUNCTION? REPROGRAMING? GET REAL.

(Y/N)-Huh?

Mettaton-THIS WAS ALL JUST A BIG SHOW WITH A SIDE OF A LIVE STREAM. AN ACT. ALPHYS HAS BEEN PLAYING YOU FOR A FOOL THE WHOLE TIME.

(Y/N)-What?!... No! You're lying!

Mettaton-AS SHE WATCHED YOU ON SCREEN, SHE THOUGHT YOUR ADVENTURE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF ADORABLE. I HAVE TO AGREE AS WELL AND SHE WANTED TO HAVE SOME FUN WITH IT BEFORE SHE TURNS YOU TO THE QUEEN AND CLAIMS THE REWARD.

(Y/N)-You're not gonna trick me! She... She helped me beat you instead of letting me get caught!

Mettaton-AND GO WHERE?... THE CASTLE? AWWWWWW. I THINK YOU'RE ADORABLE TOO SWEETIE. YOU'LL JUST LIVE WITH ME AND ALPHYS, SO WE CAN DO MORE SHOWS. ~

(Y/N)-I'm not gonna go live with you! I'm going home!

Mettaton-... OH, DARLING... I WASN'T ASKING. ~

I started to hear pounding on the door behind me which made me jump and then I heard a voice.

Alphys-(Y/N)?! (Y/N), are you in there?!

(Y/N)-Alphys!

I ran to the door, but it still would not open.

Alphys-I can't get in!

Mettaton-OH CUTIE PIE. I GOT A FABULOUS SURPRISE FOR YOU. ~

(Y/N)-Oh no.

I turned back to Mettaton before she reached behind her back and I heard a clicking sound. She started rolling and wobbling in place until...

*BOMB*

Mettaton-Ohhhhm yes! ~ *echo*

The smoke filled the room, but when it went away and some lights turned on, I saw what she did... She transformed.

Mettaton-Behold! My new body and you get to be the very first person to see it up close and personal!... How lucky are you? ~

She took a step closer to me while striking a little pose.

Mettaton-I've been aching to show this off for a long time and what better time than for such a cutie to be here at the grand finale of the first of many episodes? It's going to be... ABSOLUTELY beautiful!

I heard music starting to play and Mettaon got closer to me, so I tried to run past her. She grabbed me, so I tried to hit her... I just hurt my hand and cried a little from punching metal.

Mettaton-Awwwwww. No need to fret and hurt yourself, darling... Looks like you need a nurse... ON LIVE T.V.!!!

(Y/N)-*Gulp*.

(Alphys's POV)

I got the cover off tho the panel box next to the door and was trying to open it... Until I got distracted by Mettaton nursing him and her ratings were going up from how cute this was... I mean... She's not hurting him, so I don't need to rush.

Mettaton-Alphys, darling. If you're watching this... Look what I gooooot! ~

She posed dramatically when she held p the lab assistant and Mew Mew Kissy Cutie costumes up in the air. I felt myself blushing very hard and so was (Y/N) when Mettaton looked at him.

Mettaton-I think you're in perfect condition for a game of dress up, darling. ~

(Y/N)-P-Put me down!

Mettaton-*Chuckles*. ~

Alphys-... Um... A qu-quick glance wouldn't h-hurt.

(Timeskip 30 Minutes)

He looked so cute in both costumes and Mettaton even got him to strike a couple of poses with her help! I leaned back against the wall and kicked my feet while taking screenshots of both of them. (Y/N) was back in his normal clothes now, so I snapped out of it and ran to the panel to get the door open. By the time I got the door open, I heard a celebration with balloons and confetti... Mettaton soared past the mark she always wanted to hit.

Mettaton-Oh, thank you, thank you beauties! You've been a wonderful audience!

She was distracted, so I snuck over to (Y/N) and got him by the arm. He jumped but relaxed when he saw it was me and we got to the other side of the room. We were in the clear when we made it to the hallway and headed for the elevator, but then I noticed him slowing down while I was behind him.

Alphys-U-Um... Is something wrong?

(Y/N)-... M-Mettaton said something to me... About you... That you did all of this, but it was just her trying to trick me, right?

Alphys-U-Um, yes... All... a lie.

We walked a bit further until he stopped again.

(Y/N)-... Why didn't all the elevators work when I was coming through?... Lots of monsters came to Muffet's stand when she had me.

He was getting more suspicious of me now and right at the edge of me getting him to the queen... I might as well.

Alphys-... I_I really did want to see you make it to the castle and give you a new friend. I-I-I really d-do care about you!

He backed away from me, so I tried to fix this.

Alphys-I-I mean, I guided you here, didn't I?!

That didn't help.

Alphys-A-A-And I mean it's n-n-not like there was much to do! A-A-A h-h-human s-soul can't cross the barrier alo-! *gasp*

I covered my mouth to shut up... I wasn't supposed to say that last part. Now, he really looked scared of me before he got mad and ran to the elevator.

Alphys-W-Wait! Stop!... I... I said stop!

I pulled out a dart gun to use as plan B and fired it at him, but it missed. I was extremely desperate now and ran after him as he turned into the elevator. I was too late when the doors closed and he started to go up to the castle. I almost cried before I realized that it would just be the 2 of them up there and I can still get some ownership over him... I pulled out my phone and called Queen Asgre.

((Y/N)'s POV)

Alphys had to be making it up! She made everything else up and I fell for it! When the doors opened, everything looked like The Ruins except cleaner, white, and gray. I walked down the only path and just focused on sneaking past the castle and the queen. Soon, I made it to a house... It looked like Toriel's house, but again, just gray and white looking. Even on the inside.

(Y/N)-What the?

I l got into the house and looked around a little when I saw a chain with 2 locks... I didn't have time to explore, so I stepped crawled under the chain since looking for 2 keys would get me caught. If the basement got me out last time, maybe it can do it again.

(Y/N)-Please be the way out.

I was just scared that I might run into the queen in the hallway because if that happens, she'll catch me. When I made it to the end of the hallway, I felt like I was being watched for a second, so I turned to only see nobody was there...

(Y/N)'s mind-I just need to get out here. Almost there.

I saw a whole city and it felt like eyes watching me... Lots of eyes... I slowly went from walking to running until I made it to a room that wasn't gray... It was gold and almost looked like a sundown was happening in here. I just got behind a pillar and checked to see if the queen was in here... Did I sneak past her already at her house? Was that her house?... I'm not taking any chances. I saw that nobody was in here, so I walked across the room until bells started to ring and someone came out from behind a pillar... Sansa.
