(Cinder's POV)

I woke up to (Y/N) sleeping on top of me and the second thing I noticed was that my dress was undone to show off my cleavage and even my bra was shifted. I felt so enraged that a little boy took advantage of me before I just saw he was just using my boobs as pillows since my dress was not opened where it was untied and my bra was sill covering me for the most part. I tried to stay angry to wake up and install a bit of fear into him, but he just looked so peaceful while he was sleeping like that...

Cinder's mind-I guess as long as it wasn't lewd.

I calmed down and watched him sleep for a while before my scroll started ringing which woke him up slowly. This made me angry again and very easy to stay angry, so this better be important or i'll have a "talk" with whoever is calling me. I looked at me scroll to see it was Mercury, so I answered while using my free hand to stroke his head and back which made him give me a cute look. There was no question that he likes this and was putting me in a bit of a better mood, but it doesn't take away from Mercury waking him up.

Cinder-What is it?

Mercury-We got a problem? A few huntsman professors are helping search for that kid.

Cinder-That won't be an issue... Did you call me and wake "the kid" up for only that?

Mercury-No, a few soldiers are feeling the pressure and might be planning something stupid.

Cinder-Then tell Roman that I said to get it under control before I come over there and make him do it. We were in the middle of a nap and I don't appreciate you for ruining it.

Mercury-How was I supposed to know that-?

Cinder-You know I don't like to be bothered with non-urgent things that don't need me at the scene if you know what to do if i'm not there. Why should this time be different?... We'll have a talk. Come to the location I send you and bring Emerald. I need her to watch (Y/N) while we talk.

Before he could say a word I hung up and gave (Y/N) my undivided attention and he still looked sleepy and adorable. Soon he sat up on my belly, straddling me before I got up, so he went to my side, but fell over from still being tired.

Cinder-*Chuckles* Are you alright?

(Y/N)-*Yawn* Yeah.

He recovered and nuzzled into my side a little to get cozy, but it was time to get out of bed and I lit a fire in the mini furnace to warm up the room for him before I took the blanket off of him. I put him on my lap and curled my legs a little to prop him up while I leaned back. He only looked at me with a little bit of a tired look in his eyes still and as cute as it was, the moment was ruined when my door opened and I saw Emerald and Mercury walk in, so I got up while leaving (Y/N) on the bed.

Emerald-You wanted to watch him?

Cinder-Just for a little bit. Mercury needs a reminder on protocols. If he gets hungry I don't want him filling on snacks. Go get him real food.

Mercury-Well there goes hearing in my ear for the next hour.

In others cases that might've been true, but I had others plans that I was gonna leave for a surprise for now. Emerald came over and was happy to take (Y/N) and hold him while I walked out the door with Mercury.

Cinder's mind-You know not to waste my time with small things you can handle. Not only did you break that rule, you woke up my baby boy... I guess, there goes your robotic legs and the time you will spend fixing them while you're covered in bruises and cuts... That should be a good warning for next time.

(Emerald's POV)

They left and I had (Y/N) in my arms and all he did was wrap his arms around my neck to hug me and it just felt so nice. He also smelled kinda sweaty which makes since if he was just sleeping and usually I would not care, but in this special case...

Emerald-Hey, how about a bath and we'll get you dressed to go out and we'll get some noodles. Does that sound good?~

*Stomach growl*

Emerald-*Giggles* I'll take that as a yes.~

(Timeskip 5 Minutes)

I was second guessing myself about this a little still even if it was too late because now (Y/N) was playing in the water in the bath while I was scrubbing him down. He even invited me in with an innocent look on his face, but I already had a shower...

Emerald's mind-Now if I were to take another tonight and he was around.

(Y/N)-Emerald, when we go to eat does this place have forks? I'm not good with chop sticks.

I know this place we were going to because it had good food, but I did not see any forks there, so I guess he was gonna need some help. Thoughts flooded my mind about me feeding him and it made my heart skip a beat. When his bath was over and I dried him off before I got him dressed in new clothes I used my semblance on him to take a picture of him without him knowing.

Emerald-Alright, let's go.

He held his arms up to me wanting to be picked up and I just could not say no to that face of his, so I picked him up and gave him a little peck on his cheek. He loved it and as i'm careful and put a hoodie on him from some of the spare clothes we have in a room, it'll be fine. Besides Cinder said to get him real food and all we have is snacks and rations around here. When I opened the door to leave to get him a hoodie and go out there was someone at the door waiting and she did not look happy.

Emerald-Cinder and Roman aren't here. I'm heading out for a while, don't wait up.

I was about to walk past her, but she got in my way then she did it again and again and again which was really pissing me off right now.

Emerald-What do you want?!

All she did was point at (Y/N) telling without talking that she wanted him and I turned him away from here because there wasn't a chance in hell I was giving him to her.

Emerald-I'm taking him out to eat like Cinder told me. Now move.

I used my semblance to make her think I was going one way, but went another then let her believe I was still at the door. (Y/N) looked back to her as we went down the hall and I just grabbed a hoodie a little big for him, but that shouldn't be a problem since I would be feeding him.

(Timeskip 20 Minutes)

((Y/N)'s POV)

I was in a jacket that was way too big while Emerald had me on her lap in a restaurant and would not let me take to the hood off my head for some reason. She ordered us bowls and this place smelled so good and when our food came my mouth watered, but there was only chopsticks then Emerald grabbed him and held a bite to me.

I blew on it a little before I took the bite then more food came to the table it was eggrolls and also one of my favorite foods in places like this.

(Y/N)-*Gasp* Ahhhh.~

Emerald laughed a little before she grabbed one and gave it to me and it tasted so good then she kissed my head while I was chewing my food. After a while I was full when the bowl wasn't even finished and there were a few other things left, so she ate the rest while I waited. When we were done I guess Emerald paid somehow because they just let us walk outside while waving at us. As we were outside I got her to put me down as long as I held her hand, but I didn't wanna go back to that boring place with nothing to do... I soon saw something we could do for fun.

(Y/N)-Oh, oh, Emerald, can we go to that arcade?! We can play games like air hockey and stuff!

Emerald-Cinder would want us to go back to the hide-, I mean her room.

(Y/N)-Pllleeeeaaasssseee.~

I gave her a look that I use on my sisters that works sometimes to get extra treats when I really want them, but it doesn't work to get out of baths. I saw her thinking about it, so I hugged her leg and looked up to her to beg harder and then...

Emerald-Ok, we'll play a few rounds, but after that it's back to Cinder's room.

(Glynda's POV)

Break was almost over and I have Tai taken care of, but it means nothing if I can't find (Y/N), and he could be in real danger too. I bursted into a few poorly hidden hideouts for gangs and arrested and ransacked them all, but none had my baby. Police were handing out flyers and putting up posters with team RWBY along with the female half of team JNPR and it didn't matter who found him first because in the end, i'll have him.

Glynda's mind-Come on Glynda, where would kidnappers bring a child... The poor boy doesn't know when things are bad thanks to that oblivious personality he has... Maybe they would bring him to places where he wouldn't think he was in danger.

With that, I checked places like candy stores, parks, toy stores, arcades, and stuff like that. Soon I made it to another arcade to check inside and I started with the manager to show her a picture of (Y/N) as well as my huntress license.

Glynda-I'm here to perform a search on the building. If you would kindly comply and show me the back room and such?

Manager-Um, ok.

They made this easy and led me back there and I checked for everything, but all there was to see back here was a breakroom, an office, games, and cleaning closets. I walked out of the backroom after I found yet another dead end until I saw (Y/N) standing on a still at a pinball machine with some girl I recognized as a transfer student and while I was relived, I was also mad.

I walked up to them and when (Y/N) lost his game he turned to see me before he waved at me which made the girl turn to look at me as well.

(Y/N)-Hi Glynda!

Glynda-Hello dear.~... *Ahem* Young lady, would you be kind enough to tell me why you have young Mr. Rose with you? You must know his sisters and police along with a few other students are looking for him as we speak, correct?

???-In fact, I did not.

Glynda-Well then you should understand now. I'll be taking him back and tell his sisters that their little brother is no longer missing.

(Y/N)-Missing? Emerald and Cinder told me they told my sisters. Yang even said they were in charge.

Glynda-... Did she now?

I looked at "Emerald" and held my crop tighter before she suddenly vanished along with everyone else, but I reached where (Y/N) was quickly and grabbed someone to revel it was him, so I picked him up and held him close. Soon everyone came back into view, but the girl was gone now. I didn't care that much since I had (Y/N) now and I could progress with my plan.

Glynda's mind-The authorities will know about the girl, but I will also make a point to team RWBY as well.

(Timeskip)

(Ruby's POV)

We got a call to Ozpin's office saying that our little brother was there and we rushed back to Beacon to get him. We were in the elevator right now and soon the doors opened and when they did, my team and I saw everyone in the room and Professor Goodwitch was holding out little brother's hand.

There were 4 chairs set out for us and our brother tried to come to me, but Goodwitch picked him up to hold him.

Ozpin-I was told much of the situation, but Professor Goodwitch wanted to say a few words herself.

We all looked to her and (Y/N) tried to hug her and butter her up, but all she did was push his head over her shoulder to rub his head in front of us which made an image pop in my head of cutting her fingers off.

Glynda-Team RWBY, you did have a right to take your brother home when he couldn't stay without proper supervision, but even without at home has proven to be too much. Not even a day and you manage to lose your brother and I found him with his kidnapper in an arcade manipulating him. Do you know what could've happen to him?

Ruby-We-!

Glynda-Do you "know" what could've happened to him?

We were silent, but I was getting more and more angry with an erg to call my locker in here to give me my weapon.

Glynda-... I tried calling your father back home, but his flight back will be delayed until further notice and taking a boat will take him a month or 2 with its stops it must take. With nobody "capable" around to watch him and we simply don't want him in police hands to make him feel scared, I will reclaim him for the time being. I will allow visiting times during the break and when school resumes, but he will not be allowed to be alone with you.

I turned to my team and Yang's eyes were red before I turned back to Ozpin.

Ruby-(Y/N) is our brother! She can't just take him!

Ozpin-The situation has changed and his kidnappers are still at large and from what he told us, it is more serious than we feared.

Yang-You can't seriously be considering this!

Blake-He would want his sisters now more than ever!

Weiss-Being at an academy full of huntsman and huntresses in training should be safe enough! We can work something out!

Glynda-Being here is the safest option, but that brings us back to the rules.

Ozpin-I understand you are family, so you should want the safety of each other more than anything. I will have to side with my right hand on this. Until Tai returns and things are under control Glynda Goodwitch shall have the task of watching him.

Glynda-I will allow a quick hello and goodbye. I will need to give him a bath to take care of who knows what will be on him. Better safe than sorry.

She put our brother down and he came to us saying things like he was sorry before Glynda came back over and took him from us and we couldn't stop her as she propped up our brother in her arms.

Glynda-I'll be taking him to my quarters. As for the 4 of you... Have a good day and just know, it's for the best.

I didn't take my eyes off her as she went to the elevator and before the doors closed I saw her turn a little with a smile on her face while she was looking down at our brother. We were held back for a little talk with Professor Ozpin to try and get him to change his mind, but he told us that it wasn't his decision to make and it was out of his hands. We can't even take (Y/N) home now to have him and when we got in the elevator to go done...
