((Y/N)'s POV)

When I got back home, Mommy wanted me to stay at her house and rest. When I said I wanted to play, only she would play with me because everyone else was busy with something. She even took the day off for me and when my head was in her room, she gave me extra love and cuddles but when I asked if I could go play somewhere else with her, she would say something that just meant no. Right now she even got a washcloth my size to wipe my face after I got some juice over my chin. 

(Y/N)-Mommy, what is everyone doing?

Clarion-Very boring but important things for you.

(Y/N)-Is it a doctor?!

Clarion-No, no, no. You don't have another check-up for another few weeks. It's just to keep my baby safe and happy. ~

She gave me more kisses and I had to listen to her. Besides, I like spending time with her, I just wish we could go somewhere. What are the others even doing anywhere?

(Rosetta's POV)

I was in charge of this whole operation to plant the seeds we were not allowed to. Of course, there were those who weren't sure but I gave them an explanation and showed them it was given permission to be made an order by the queen. These plants are dangerous but will only be used on the prisoners. Speaking of which, gathering and capturing all the tribe members in the camp was much easier than I thought. Just another perk of having our baby with us.

Rosetta-Hey! Be careful with this solution! It needs the right position for the moss to grow. Be sure to use gloves because of how toxic they are. If any of it gets to you at all, go soak in hot water with the flowers I have ready.

I had the book on me to help us learn how to grow them. These plants would help but there was one plant I was really excited for. There are a few names for it but it's supposed to mess with the chemicals in your body and make you very confused. Most likely the prisoners would be fearful and really get them moving, plus I would love to have a chance to really scare them. We even have thorny vines growing the make thorn whips, plus they have flowers that smell heavenly which (Y/N) will just love. It'll also make his emotions run a little while. I pick these thorn vines specifically because I miss (Y/N) crying for us and stopping when we come. Made me feel special. Just then, one of the newer fairies messed up in front of me with the prisoners so I grabbed them by the ear and then smacked the cup of poisoned water out of their hands.

Rosetta-Hey! Don't poison the water every time or we won't have more workers for us! Are we gonna have a problem or do you want to go grab a human yourself?!

(Tinkerbell's POV)

Zaraina and I took shifts to sleep last night to keep the work going and we feel like we are getting closer. Right now the dust is doing nothing but that could mean it's just not sure on what to do. Zarina thinks we need to add something with shrinking properties now. Luckily, there is a plant that has that property so I asked Rosetta to come over but she and so many other garden fairies were busy with her job and their normal jobs. We were lucky to get one and he was pretty good. 

Fairy-So what do you need a Mimosa Pudica for again?

Tinkerbell-A project for the queen. You'll see the results when we are done.

Zarina-Just plant a dozen or so.

He got to work and if this works, everything will be so much easier for caring for (Y/N), containing our prisoners, and whatever else we could use it for.

(Iridessa's POV)

I was doing my normal job and Silvermist was with me to help me with something after. Thanks to Tink's inventions, I finished in no time and we got started on our other job. When I heard that we could not go see (Y/N) until the prison was more secure. I wanted to do my part and hopefully get some alone time with him. When we got there, we say all the scouts on high alert and tiner fairies all over the place. I saw Nyx and Fairy Mary together so Silvermist and I flew down to him.

Myx-Where's Fawn with-?

Iridessa-Fairy Mary!

They turned to us as we landed.

Fairy Mary-What is it?

Iridessa-I just came to add something to the prison. If all the water is hot in their water for plumbing then whatever they have to send out those messages would most likely be ruined or easy to spot. Plus, they won't be able to swim under if they dig.

Nyx-We already have that underway. If you both are done with your normal tasks for the day, you are to help. Iridessa, collect more sunlight and make sure the fire for this stays hot, Silvermist, you join other water fairies to make it humid in the prison. It needs to stay that way for the moss we are having added.

Silvermist-Moss?

Nyx-That is to be made confidential. The less information gets out about a different job the easier it will be to keep this under wraps. Now, go.

Fairy Mary-I'll take you both where you need to be. Come along, now.

(Vidia's POV)

It was stupid how because the prison doesn't fully work yet, we don't get to see (Y/N) and the queen has him on lockdown. Right now, I was doing my job as usual since my rare talent couldn't do much to help out this problem except tend to prisoners. I was not going to do that but when I was done with my work, they will find something for me to do. I just want to be with the scouts for once since a few of them get to be closer than the rest of us besides the queen.

Vidia's mind-What is even so hard to figure out? If a human steps out of line, it's not like we haven't killed and captured more. It's just making an example now.

I even saw the Neverlandians captured so we can put them to work too. We're not even attached to the humans we have and we plan to make more trips anyway. Make the ones we have fear us by killing a few and show they are replaceable.

Vidia's mind-Someone needs to be blunt about this... And it looks like it's going to have to be me.

(Timeskip To Night)

(Nyx's POV)

I had a crowd just outside the prison that I had to settle which was really hard because I couldn't give them the one thing they all wanted. That's (Y/N). I had so many suggestions to add to the work which is more like uncoordinated shortcuts. Kill the prisons that misbehave to make examples, bring chains from the mainland to keep the humans locked up at all times, and take away their hands since we only need them to paddle a bike. The one who had the most of my attention was the one who helped bring (Y/N) here when he was a baby.

Nyx-Vidia, tell these people to go home. We are done working for the day.

Vidia-I didn't call them here. You know what we are upset about.

Nyx-It's for his protection and to keep him from seeing this. Everything will be done soon.

Vidia-Don't get me wrong, I know why we are doing this but keeping (Y/N) from everyone else was not going to sit well with us.

Nyx-You're hardly around or dote on him. Why are you here?

She got a little flustered by that accusation and I know she loves him just as much as the rest of us but just won't admit it publicly.

Fairy#1-We have as much as a right to him as you do!

Fairy#2-It isn't fair!

Fairy#3-Tomorrow, (Y/N) is supposed to be with the water fairies on our day off! You can't keep this up and skip us!

This is getting out of hand and I was irritated with this rule too. Even being captain of the scouts doesn't mean I can go see (Y/N) but a select few can guard him. Even they can't get too close but it's for our baby. The Garden fairies inside and even Fawn are going to make sure things are ready by tomorrow morning. It just needs to pass inspection from the queen herself. Just then Fawn came out with two big wolves. This made everyone but Vidia scatter which put a smile on my face.

Fawn-See, you two did so well. You really gave those bad humans a good scare. ~

Nyx-Hey, what happened? They are supposed to stay inside the prison?

Fawn-They still need to be let out to hunt and explore. Just blow that horn over there while they are gone and they will come right back. Besides... This one is going to be a Mommy just like the rest of us soon. ~

She scratched the wolf and made them kick their paw in the air. For once, I am happy she is the only fairy that takes on dangerous and huge animals.

Fawn-Hey, Vidia. You working too? Rosetta is in there if you want to say hi

Vidia-Where did you even get wolves?!

Fawn-Oh, well, Cinnamon was a pup who got hurt so I tended to him and helped bring him fish around the time we were experimenting with what (Y/N) liked when his teeth were coming in then I let him free. I found him again to ask for him and this handsome ball of fur found a mate.

Vidia-... You named a wolf... Cinnamon?

Fawn-A few of the fairies wanted a name change for (Y/N) but it didn't happen. I thought it was a cute name that shouldn't go to waste. With this, I think the inspection is good to start tomorrow morning. You ready to show everyone how much of a good boy you are?! ~

Cinnamon-Howl!

Nyx's mind-Those wolves are not going anywhere near (Y/N).

((Y/N)'s POV)

Mommy was getting me ready for bed all by herself and even tucked me but I wanted to go back to my house to cuddle and sleep. Mommy said no still and just wanted me to cuddle her before she said we needed to sleep to play more tomorrow after she feeds me. I wanted something cooked like pancakes and she said she would be happy to make them for me. While she was petting me and I was laying down with only my head in her room there was a knock at the door.

Mommy-Wait right here, Sweetie. ~

She gave me a kiss before she went to answer the door and I saw it was Tinkerbell and Zarina.

Mommy-Tinkerbell, Zarina? I trust you came here with something.

Tinkerbell-We did... May we see (Y/N). It's for him.

Mommy let them in and Zarina flew over me with a bag of Pixie Dust. I have no idea why because it wasn't cold, Mommy wants me in bed, and there was nothing super heavy around.

Zarina-Well hello there, Cutie Pie. We have a surprise for you. ~

(Y/N)-What is it?

Zarina-I can't tell you. It's a surprise... Now, just close your eyes and no peeking no matter what. ~

I looked at Mommy and she nodded her head so I closed my eyes. I felt a little dust being poured onto me. I started to fell like I was moving or something then I heard Mommy gasp. When the dust stopped I felt weird for a little bit longer. When I stopped I felt something I never felt before.

Zarina-Ok, (Y/N)... Open your eyes. ~

I opened my eyes and I saw Tinkerbell and Zarina were behind Mommy. She looked very happy and I saw something I thought could never happen... I was smaller than her.

Mommy-Squal Hi, Sweetie. ~

I fit in her arms now! My head was against her arm and chest and my feet only reached her other arm! I felt so happy and she was even crying tears of joy before turning side to side with me slowly. It felt so much better than I thought it would.

(Clarion's POV)

He's in my arms!... MY BABY FITS PERFECTLY IN MY ARMS!!! Words could not even express the amount of joy I was feeling while my son was still in shock. I rocked and bounced him like I have been dreaming of doing to him for years. Tinkerbell closed the big door for him since he was going to be sleeping in my bed tonight.

(Y/N)-Mommy!

He nuzzled into me and kept on doing it like he could not get enough of it and neither can I. I turned and faced Tinkerbell and Zarina.

Clarion-I can not thank you both enough for this amazing gift.

Zarina-We would like a little turn holding him.

Tinkerbell-Tomorrow. I will make new things for him soon but for now, we have to make more for the others. Maybe even a growing one so we can grow to his size and bigger. No sense in tearing down a house he loves.

(Y/N) likes that idea from the look on his face or it's just from him nuzzling into me still.

Clarion-My son and I will be heading to bed now. I will see to it that you two will be given all the credit for this.

With that, they gave my son kisses goodbye and goodnight before they left and I got into my bed with him. He clung to me and kissed my cheek.

(Y/N)-Mommy... Do you think you could lean on me a little?

Clarion-I think I got a better idea.

(Timeskip 5 Minutes)

I remember swaddling him as a baby to keep him warm and it was much easier now. I even leaned on him a little to put some weight on him for comfort then played with his hair. I wanted things made him this size now and even some more things since it can fit in a house here now. We had a few since some fairies got baby things their size for a hobby which also helped us catch the people who hated my baby when they said the hobby was stupid. When my son fell asleep first I just adored his new smaller size.

Clarion's mind-Everyone will be so happy to see you like this tomorrow. They will probably work overnight to have you faster. ~
