Vlad the doctor, Chet, and Small T redesigns (Patreon)

Vlad is the new character who'll be joing the hot spring as the doctor providing all necessary medical check ups and examinations. Also got some new redeisgns for Chet and Small T. I will be working on the other characters as well as some new features to the game.
