About reward sending (Patreon)

由於patreon在系統上的問題可能需要改變發放獎勵的方法

現行規則為每次月發送給上月新訂閱的對象+舊的會員密碼

並交由各自去主題內下載

但這會導致太快脫離會員的人無法拿到最後一次的獎勵

現考慮改為mega超聯結下載檔案，密碼取得方法不變

這需要一個投票

如果決定改變，那麼本期的檔案連結將會再補發一次
