hello everyone!

i am back with a new release (a bit earlier than originally expected)! meet the SERENE BATHROOM set - a collection of contemporary bathroom items which features a combination of concrete and wooden textures. i learned quite a bit during the creation of this collection, and you can learn more about each item below.

here's some more info:

• bgc
• new meshes, all lods
• custom specular, normal maps. maxis match wood & concrete textures.
• all swatches are tagged
• custom catalog thumbnails
• to stack the cabinets in a row, you should enable buy mode half-tile placement by pressing F5
• due to the way i unwrapped the textures, you can see some seams when the functional objects are in the dirty state... just a heads up!

UPDATE 24.10.2021: quality update

I tested my custom content on a different machine with a different graphics card and noticed some texture-related issues (specifically visual artifacts).

• Updated texture maps of the accent benches;
• Removed visual artifacts.

Please redownload the files and replace them in your mods folder 🌿
