Nestled deep within a bustling subterranean dwarven city, the Temple of the Forge stands as a testament to dwarven craftsmanship and resilience. This grand temple doubles as a colossal forge, its heart and soul embodied in four mighty furnaces that roar with unyielding fire and heat. At the helm of this awe-inspiring temple is the high priest, Borin Flamebeard, a revered figure who is both a master blacksmith and a formidable warrior. His hands, as skilled in the art of forging steel as they are in wielding it, are responsible for crafting some of the most exquisite and powerful artifacts known to the dwarven kind. Dwarves from all corners of the city, and sometimes even from distant holds, make pilgrimages to witness the magnificence of the forge at work, to pay homage to the ancient craft, and to seek Borin's wisdom and blessings. The clang of hammer on anvil echoes like a hymn throughout the temple, a constant reminder of the enduring strength and spirit of the dwarven people.
