But I figure since there's a lot of new folks here who've recently come from Instagram, you probably don't know all the big players in the field yet. For my money, one of the best music composers working today is our friend, Michael Ghelfi. I constantly listen to his stuff (when I'm not listening to Metallica, of course) while I'm writing things, especially if it's super unique to 5e. He's got great ambiances that don't distract from the play, but add a certain... je ne sais quoi (Michael is French, I think, so he'll get a kick out of this.
