Avast, matey!

Far below the sky-lubbin' surface sits a sea unseen by the sun! Upon these treacherous waters, pirates set sail on sea rovers built for the life below. They face-off against the dreadful duergar, diabolical drow, conquest-happy krakens, and sweet-sounding sirens.

Savvy? Then drop anchor, and git yer eyes on this smartly!

Really cool idea, you really should try to pitch this to Wizard Of The Coast. Love it.

Did I miss the setting somewhere? Or has it not come out yet?

If WotC did it, it would end up being lame samey like all their other lame samey stuff. Really, the last time D&D actually put anything out that was unique and awesome was 2nd edition when they had amazing settings like Darksun, Spelljammer, and Planescape (especially Planescape). They sometimes throw fans of those a bone in new gen stuff but when was the last time WotC put out a NEW, and FRESH setting that wasn't something off the back of one of the MTG cards? Eberron was alright but that actually came from a contest winner. Lots of the people that WORKED for WoTC have made amazing stuff, but most of their best work is done after they leave or as a side project for 3rd party publisher. Don't get me wrong, 5e has been a nice "Make D&D Great Again" campaign, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. :D
