Hey folks!

Just doing a call out to platinum members for side trek requests. I'm going to be working on a new side trek (a map with a quick hook) tonight.

A youngster finds an ornate, silver necklace with a pulsing red stone, which is shaped like an eye. She thinks it is *so* pretty, puts it on with a song and starts to play Dress Up. Overhearing her melody, a dying paladin smiles and tells her, "You sound just like my daughter." The severely-injured Dragonborn tells her to run and hide, because a bunch of nasties are coming to kill her and everyone in her village for that very pretty red stone. He tells his captivated young audience that he was protecting a very pretty lady that wore it, when they were attacked! The Lady gave him her amulet and begged him to take it far away, where it would be safe. Before he took it, The Lady kissed the stone and whispered, "I release you to find another." As if in response, the stone began to glow, pulsing like a heartbeat. "Ohhh," the half-elf youngster gasped, as she held up the gem to show the dying knight. "Like when I ... found... it?" She looked at him confused. "It stopped. Is it dead?" But, the knight did not respond, because he was.
