October's Exclusive Content Schedule (Based on Your Answers) (Patreon)

Yesterday, I put up a poll for exclusive content and what sort of things you want to see. Today, I'm taking the results I got and creating an official calendar for October. If things go well, I'll continue this format, letting you vote on what gets made each month.

Here is the tentative line-up I'm thinking right now:

Monster Mondays - Each Monday, I'll whip up some fun and/or creepy new monsters. Not only is Monster Mondays alliterative, but it also gives me a chance to unwind from working on stuff during the weekend, and Monsters are pretty easy to make.

Subclass Tuesday - Tuesday will be specifically for creating new subclasses. For the most part, folks like subclasses. What I'll probably do here is create a new one each week, going through the core 12.

One-Shot Wednesdays - Wednesdays I'll create one-shot adventures. The goal is so that the entire adventure fits onto 2-3 pages and shouldn't take more than a couple hours to run in-game. Plus, these will complement the box set that I'm releasing in November.

DM's Workshop Thursday - Thursday will be a day for creating new rules ideas based around 5e. I'm not entirely sure what I'll create yet since I mostly create this kinda stuff on a whimsy, but you can expect some cool doo-dads. Mostly, it'll be me trying to fix rules issues in 5e that irk me.

Player Option Fridays - Fridays I'll create new player options. These might be races, subclasses, or even the occasional full class. I'll try to do polls around these so everyone gets a say in what gets made.

Misc Saturdays - Saturday is a busy day for me because I have D&D Saturday nights. I'd rather not work on stuff that's super time consuming other than the major adventure for the week, so I'll reserve Saturdays for "whatever I feel like days." Also, Saturday is the slowest day on the site, so it kinda works out. Expect simple stuff like spells, feats and magic items on these days.

Adventure Sundays - Since my biggest bandwidth is on the weekends, that's when I'll work on larger adventures, ie those that will eventually appear in BroadSword. Expect these to be 5+ pages in length and 5e-formatted. My goal is to release these Sunday nights, but they may even get pushed over into Monday so I can do extra proof-reading.

Other things to expect for the month:

1st of the Month Collabs - The two adventures I released in September, Spiders! Ew! and the latest, Clash at Kobold Cauldron will be part of an ongoing series of adventures. These are all super top-notch goodies with up to 7 different people working on them, so don't expect all of them to look as good haha! Regardless, you can expect these sometime around the first of each month. Everyone gets these.

BroadSword Monthly - BroadSword is looking to get a comfortable spot sometime in the middle of the month. The PDF will probably proceed the physical by a couple weeks or so.  Electrum members get PDF copies, and Gold and Platinum get physical copies. If you're a resident in a country outside of the US, you'll need to be a Platinum member to cover shipping costs (for now... I plan on looking for ways to bring this down).

Buckler Monthly - The PDF companion to BroadSword, buckler will collect all the articles from the month related to BroadSword's current theme in a neat, easy to read, PDF. Buckler will also include all of the requests that get made and put on DMDave (except for IP stuff, of course). Patrons at the Silver+ tier get these.

Swag! - Finally, Platinum members plus should start getting monthly swag. I'm looking into POD sites now, but I think I've got some good leads with Printful, so expect those soon. 

Quarterly Kickstarter/Adventure Packs - Finally, I'm working on running quarterly Kickstarters (or IndieGoGo) campaigns to create adventure packs. These will extend the adventures I create into map tiles, minis, and other cool things so you have a full set. Expect the quality of these to be in line with what the collab adventures have, but in a physical box set. More details on this coming soon.
