Quarantine is an event-based adventure designed for four 3rd-level adventurers. The adventure is intended for good-aligned characters. A cleric in the party will be useful, as will any other character that can remove a curse or disease. Dwarves are particularly useful thanks to their immunity to the adventure's disease.
