I had this multi-tiered conundrum.

1) I have this Patreon that's getting pretty popular and folks want content and requests.

2) I've talked about doing physical swag on here.

3) I want to do a Kickstarter soon (for The Secret of Forsaken Speak).

4) I'm worried that all these seperate things are too much.

5) I love old Dungeon and Dragon magazines (two different magazines for those who don't remember) and kinda wish they were still in print.

That's when it hit me: why don't I combine them all?

Thus was borne this idea: Broadsword magazine. A monthly, printed magazine with 66 pages of awesome DMDave content illustrated by the amazing JD Russell.

This cover art is actually the painting he did for The Secret of Forsaken Peak, which would be the first thing included in the magazine. In addition, there would be new monsters, subclasses, and all the other cool stuff you expect from us.

Already, I've started getting printing quotes on this.

But still, I wonder: what do all of you think about this zany project?

I'm all for it...would you be interested in guest articles, news type stuff to include in it?

Obviously no loves buying something and seeing ads. But if they were ads with coupon codes that could help both sides I think
