Regarding your self-critique, yeah probably, but she def has a human torso, and the general nudity make her more genestealery, on account of the cultists wearing clothes and the genestealers not. ... And honestly, if its not canon that some neophytes have a second set of arms that are non functional, then GW missed a way to make them be more alien and varied.
