Who ever said that the pokeball on Miku's hat is just an accessory? or her pokeball? Also, I like drawing eevees, sooo, lets just say that Miku blocks out most other pokemon on the street, and only cares about the male eevee/ eeveelutions. (like how I block most background eevees from comics, lol)
