Alternative ending for a " Special meeting" (Patreon)

At the time I created the "For a special meeting" image, I was planning this TF with an alternative ending in case Orihime had come to visit Rukia at the right time.. when I think about it, maybe it would be fun to make the special meeting be between Orihime and Rukia instead of Ichigo? :3
