Hello, friends, here I am with another gift book. Dave worked hard on putting the final touches to the manuscript while I worked on the cover, and this is the final fruit of this labor.

Now, without any further ado, the summary:

Toru, Duril, Varg and Claw reach The Quiet Woods only to find the place wrapped in a mysterious curse. At night, the forest falls into an unnatural state, and it will be up to Duril’s kind soul to find a way to heal it, and the other heroes’ bravery and steadfastness to bring back to life Claw’s friends and The Quiet Woods.

From there, they will embark on the journey of a lifetime to Scercendusa, the heart of the world as the majestic citadel is called, where a man called Ewart Kona rules as the city’s domestikos. Much to Toru’s surprise, Ewart Kona welcomes him as the true king, but there’s just something in the strangeness of the air of the great palace that doesn’t sit right with Toru.

Throughout these epic adventures, Toru will find a friend in a tiny lighting bug and discover ancient magic, a cohort of new allies, as well as hurtful truths that will shape his fate and heart forever.
