So... I did actually thank you from the stage (Patreon)

I read this comment last night and thought.... you know what?  That's an excellent idea.  Along with my grandfather, Dad, Mom and wife, I thanked all 3000 of you.  I'm not sure it was recorded but I said something like this.  "There's a group of 3,000 people who go out of their way to donate to make Smarter Every Day possible.  They let me take trips to things like awards ceremonies.... of which this is the first one ever.  Anyways, I really want to thank people who donate to Smarter Every Day at Patreon.com"  

It felt right. I was really nervous.
