Update with Sutton (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

thank you for the ideas left for Sutton and me. We went with the tickle game where we were tied up and tickled each other's feet. Then the loser gets wrapped up and feet tickled with oil.  Be on the lookout for that coming soon.
