New animation, today! This time I did a couple more experimental things. First, I decided to have a couple bits of slime dangling from his mouth. For that, I had a few vertices using a skin modifier to give them thickness, and a cloth modifier with a pin group to make them swing around a bit.
Secondly, I added a bit of a roughness mask around the hyena's lips and the tip of the disembodied member to make them look slimy and wet. Lastly, I re-used the technique from Three Of A Kind where I scaled up the scene before baking the fluid, which gave me a lot of extra resolution; enough to have it come shooting out of his nose! Haha. I'm really loving the way the fluid sim looks here, and I'm definitely going to continue using that technique.
I would like to do some additional stuff with viscosity to make it stickier. However, viscosity does seem to give me trouble, and seems to mess up at those larger scales and resolutions. I'll have to play around with it a bit.
