There's one folder for each tier.

At the 5th of each month Patrons receive the current months Dropbox link.

See image below to know where you'll find yours.

• The $5 tier will receive a link to the folder containing the Baby Buns rewards.
• The $10 tier will receive their own separate link, where both the $5 and the $10 tier rewards are combined into the same folder.

Rewards are uploaded to DropBox throughout the month as they're finished.

*NB: the month & year in the calendar below is just an example. The calendar is applicable to all months.

When the month is complete, the same link is resent the 1st of next month to everyone who was billed during the previous one. The link expires 15 days after it's re-sent. It's encouraged to download the rewards if you want to keep them.

Early release of content that will be public / Text posts / Polls / Image teasers / commission openings, will be posted directly on my Patreon profile.

Q&A

The Dropbox link with the Patreon rewards expired before I was able to download them! What now?

• If you missed the download window, you can DM me and I'll send it to you again (after confirming you were pledged during the month of said rewards). Please note that the link expires 7 days after requesting a new one.

I pledged through the Patreon app, but have not received a link?

• There seems to be an issue with the app, where your welcome note won't pop up on the page when pledging through it. I suggest checking your email or the Patreon website after pledging to see the welcome note containing the link.

I pledged at the end of the month, but it went through to the next one! I wanted the last months rewards, what do I do?

There are two solutions for this problem:

• First solution: If you're a new patron, you can use your free voucher to redeem last months rewards. Or you can stay pledged in your current tier until you've gained 10 points to redeem previous rewards from my gumroad. ($10 tier gain 10p per month, and $5 tier gain 5p per month.)
• Second solution: I can issue you a refund. The refund can ONLY be issued before the link to the current months Dropbox is sent out (which is the 5th of each month).

I was double charged by Patreon when I pledged, please help.

• If you've been double charged, just send me a DM! I will refund you one of the charges.
