Oh...my...god...D: Ok. We did NOT expect that, but I guess that's on us for underestimating Steins Gate XD Okarin wakes up 25 YEARS in the future and witnesses all the changes, faces death and revelations he might not be ready to face just yet...but then he surprises us all!!!!

The ending scene of this episode will never not give me chills. Okabe finally seeing the future for himself. The one he chose to doom the world to, and how it has deeply affected his friends. Everyone lacks emotions and become so numb to death, its tragic. Every episode, Okabe has been pushed to the limits and shown the consequences of his inaction. Pushing us forward to an Okabe not only filled with resolve and unyielding will.. but an Okabe filled with confidence that will get us the mad scientist to be revived and become the true leader of the lab once again. With this episode especially, the concept "deceive the world" has been put into his mind. From what Daru did, he basically proved that it can work. Okabe technically did die on 2025, and the world moved on. And now Okabe has been revived in 2036 and the worldline didn't shift. Therefore the world was deceived.
