Yes Ubbe announced his sons name in episode 9. And Bjorm definitely wouldnt want Eric to have his arm ring id say, if u take their last convo into account, they werent close either. Her or Ubbe should of kept it. I love how Igor doesnt do anything without Ivars nod and say so, they have to keep playing their part until the conditions are right like Ivar said. Oleg knows whats hes doing with Hvitserk too, giving him drugs to mess him up, knowing his weakness. Also Kjetills son did participate in the slaughter of the family too. This episode to me shows Oleg and Ivar both trying to take a huge allie from one another. Katia wants to be team Ivar, shes testing him to make sure he can be trusted too, she wants him to be team Igor and made sure. Oleg is using drugs and making Hvitserk feel important to take him away from Ivar. Everyone has agendas too this episode, Eric seems to want power above all but does also genuinely desire and respect Brummhild.

Oleg was right in forcing Prince Igor to kill the "traitor". Igor would either have to speak up for the man and give the reason why he should be spared or do what is hard but has to be done with HIS own hands not just ordering somebody else to do it. Being King is not for the weak.
