 Lagertha is forced to defend her home and the brothers work together to defeat Aethelwulf! It looks like Ivar is a natural strategist! Good job man!

Love ur reaction guys!!... All the brothers need to work together, I agree Ragnar wanted them all to come and get revenge but he also did believe Ivar was special, "You have a strength, a strength that even you're brothers dont have, you're like a deaf man whos eyesight is sharper than anyone else". Ragnar aswell as you underestimate Ivar at first, but I'm big Ivar supporter so I get biased and support him no matter what lol. In that argument between the bros though, Ivar just wants to be included and believes in them, his dads plan and the great army so much, that's why he was being confident and saying the Saxons are running scared, but Ivar is also still young and taking it all in, Ivar catches on quick and usually tells the blunt truth, he can tell his brothers faults/weakness, just like they see his but they underestimate him (because of his legs) too much and do see him as less than, Bjorn said himself they dont need him. Bjorns wrong, Ivar proves them all wrong and even approaches Bjorn a different better way the second time when he has something to say and a better plan in mind. Thankfully Bjorn listens this time which pays off beautifully. Ivar a master strategist basically uses a battle field as his chess board. Ivar is way ahead than Bjorn was as a teen, when it comes to strategy and reading people etc. Ragnar did single out Ivar though, Ragnar also knew his sons would say no to coming before he asked, Ragnar wasnt stupid...He didnt just say those things to Ivar just because he needed to hear them, its also because he believed them. "Out of all of my sons, it was you o wanted to bring here, and it is U who I believe is the most important to the future of our people..People will always underestimate U. You must make them pay for it". We didnt see much of it but Ragnar spent months alone with Ivar sailing, then days walking England. Ragnar knew Ivar would be one to watch & that once Ivar owned the fact that he wasnt normal, Ivar would then find greatness. "NO you're not..Once you realise that, that is when greatness will happen..now crawl" Ivar just wants to fit in and be seen equal to them but they dont make him feel that way at all, until Bjorn finally listens to what he has to say & they work together, they all have strengths & weaknesses, Ivar's only weakness atm is, lacking experience, he can get blinded by rage if u keep pushing him enough, without letting him calm down and finally he's unable to let go of his need to avenge both parents he adored. Ivar actually does have more intelligence than Ragnar and I heard the real Ivar the boneless died an old man actually and he won and played many people during battle plans etc. And no Ivar winning with no losses isnt a massacre it's a flawless defeat, Ivar learned from Raganar to believe in himself as well as the gods so hes in the middle of Floki & Ragnar beliefs..and actually Floki said so this is what the grunting of the pigs was about, Ragnar may not have wanted it but he knew his death would cause the grunts aswell as his revenge on England.
