I'm so excited to see you guys try and figure out what's going on as the series progresses. Also, since it's not spoilers to mention... The whole thing with John Titor is based on real internet posts from 2000 and 2001. If you search for John Titor online you can find a lot of info about the real world posts, but I would suggest holding off until you've finished the series just to be safe. Also, another fun little detail... The SERN that was mentioned this episode is meant to be analogous to the real-world CERN.
