actually one of the coolest things about code geass was that there was NO manga or LN that it was based on. The anime was created by the studio as an anime original story so yes poor live watchers who had to wait the two year torture in between. Btw for the next season I do recommend not watching the opening until 3 or 4 episodes in because it contains a major spoiler.

If there's any episode you should check out in English it's this 1 if for no other reason than to hear Jeremiah in English. He's so dramatic and I think that's why I love him so much. I agree that Suzaku is hypocritical but I think his hypocrisy makes him a really interesting character. Also the intensity of the show is great. Great reaction as always and I can't wait to see your reactions to season 2. Keep up the awesome content. :-) <3

To be fair as far as suzaku knows the order he gave to euphemia was no accident, and it's not a stretch to imagine lelouch planning that entire thing. I think the situation isn't too similar from suzakus perspective even if it makes sense from lelouchs side

yeah as much i dont like suzaku i do agree his anger for the most part is justified for the fact that everything falls into place as Lelouch's fault. The massacre of the japanese and euphys death was the two biggest factors that set him off. If those events didnt happen it mightve not been as serious
