Continued working on environmental stuff this week, I don't want to show too much of it off, cause I'd like to leave a bit of a surprise.    I did have some trouble with making things fit aesthetically.  My first pass certainly didn't look photo realistic, but it did look more detailed and rendered then I liked.

So I pulled it back a bit, and got something a bit brighter and more fitting.  This is the stuff that will take a little fiddling to get right, but I do want to make everything look consistent.

I've also thought out a fairly basic puzzle based around the new ruins area I've built.  I'm hoping it won't turn out to be too easy or too hard.  


Also inspired by Overwatch's new character, Doomfist, I added some response and effects for enemies being throw into things.  Now, if a thrown enemy hits another enemy, it will know him down and do a little damage to both.  Throwing an enemy into a wall can kill them, and leaves a bit of an impact. (or an impact decal)
 

I hope stuff like this will help to make spells more situationally useful.


 I know this is not a lot of sexy stuff, but again, I do want to make a consistent world.  I might take the next week off of this kinda stuff to work on some animations, just to change the pace up a bit!

Its really starting to look like a graphically appealing game. That is some nice visual effects in the background.

very nice:) What about learning more spells from enemies killed, sexed up, find a spell book, or a rune on a place? Just so your PC won't start all powerful with a lot of spells to choose from.

The goal is that you do learn more spells in a variety of ways, including sexing certain enemies, finding them, being taught them, etc. I want to start her with a limited toolbox, and let the player expand that toolbox as they go.

Hey man, great stuff like always. I'm just curious when you might think it'll be possible to get another build out? I'm eager to play out this new level you're making as well as the new magic system etc. (I've been holding off on playing the most recent stuff let enough new things build up for me to try).

Sexy stuff: context matters. Consistent environments, logical progression, lively enemies and vibrant interaction all make for sexy, just as a fine lingerie makes for nudity. Sexy is in details. And these screenshots are full of very fine details indeed.

I like the idea of being able to use enemies as projectiles. The impact decal looks pretty cool. I can hardly wait till we get to play around with the new areas and being able to fling enemies about. Good work.

Looks pretty) How about console command, that allows you to respawn enemys you've seduced?
