Looks like I graduated from using Doom's level editor to Quake's level editor :^)

Did a small test map to see what it is capable of and so far I'm pretty happy, although there are a few particular things that might ultimately prevent me from using this editor effectively. Still, so far, I really like it, so who knows?

Well Wrath's been made in it, so seems like it could be useful depending on what you want to do. But, would this ultimately work for Haggard? And would Haggard work for the GZDoom Engine? Still, I like the map! Kinda reminds me of e1m3 and e1m4 from Quake. Big and cavernous!

The Wrath devs do have issues with backface culling, which is important for optimization. I assume this depends more on engine than on the editor but I don't know for sure, will have to check with papy. Obviously this is for Haggard and Godot, GZDoom would never work for a stealth game imo.

Does that mean that the game won't be using GZDoom anymore? Or is there a way to convert a Quake map to a Doom one?
