I posted a new tutorial today. I told about clean-up/クリンナップ

Japanese animator will start to learn from here. If animator couldn't do that well, the animations quality would be drop. I think that present Japanese animation quality is not well, but why? This is the one of the reason. In short, they aren't serious to do that and production side like animation studio doesn't teach this to them as well. They always chose the easy way that hire the companies or people that can pay more cheap and work more faster

Conversely old Japanese animations like Ghibli movies or AKIRA I really like were supported by certainly clean up skills and people had been able to do that

I want abroad people know this more for recovering animation quality
