Am I delusional, or did there used to be a link to actually download the Mp3 of the episode? Now I seem to be limited to listening in the browser, which is a pain in the butt and lacks a volume control.

NOOM is not a good app!!! It's notorious for telling people to eat dangerousky too few calories and generally pushing the harmful diet culture stuff that they claim to be better than. Heard about him talking about it on High and Mighty too so MITCH if you don't find success please don't let it derail ya.
