Mini Review #48: Thelma and Louise (1991) (Patreon)

Didn't know this was a Ridley Scott movie and definitely didn't think this movie was going to go the way it did! Some fabulous moments of tension, humour, and chemistry, especially between our two leads Thelma and Louise. The two of them brought so much life to the movie and were such a good pairing for main characters. The desert setting was also so beautiful at times and some of the shots, especially at the end, were amazing to watch. Oh yeah, also young Brad Pitt so that's bonus points.

For all the praise I give it though, for some odd reason I found myself constantly phasing in and out of the movie. I can't put my finger onto why I only thought this movie was good and not great but I did and that is how I felt once the credits rolled. Still, it seems that many people love this movie and I can totally understand that.
