Mini Review #16: Star Trek DS9 "The Forsaken" and "Dramatis Personae" (Patreon)

Almost done with season 1 now! Only one more video left and wow, it has gone by so quickly. I enjoyed The Forsaken, especially how it centred mostly around Odo and Lwaxana Troi. It provided some really nice moments of vulnerability for Odo and it was really nice to see someone look at him in a way that made him feel normal and not different than the rest.

Now, Dramatis Personae has to be one of my favourites of the season, if not my favourite (besides Emissary). It was just SO much fun to watch and seeing all of our cast portray evil, or bored, or nostalgic or ignorant versions of themselves was just a joy. Kira especially was crazy intimidating and I thought that she would have made for a great villain one day. Sisko also commanded the screen in his tougher moments and was also very scary at times. Honestly, one of the most enjoyable episodes so far!
